    I use "Audacity" to increase the volume on my custom ringtones. It works just fine. Don't turn it up too much it'll distort.

    I must admit that the speakers on my LG VX8350 were way better than these small env touch speakers. And its a big problem when listening to musci with phone closed because the speakers are being blocked.

    the VX8350 speakers are ONLY better because they are on the outside.

    I use mp3 gain to boost my ringtones. Set db level to 105.
