enV Touch Help Me!: lost my external clock format..

    I unlocked the touch screen and accidentally deleted the clock some how. I can see the time when i open the phone but there is no time on the touch screen. I tried restoring it by turning off the phone, taking the battery out, going through all the tools options, display, and phone settings. Nothing has worked...

    Any idea of how to get it back??

    The external clock is actually a widget. In addition to setting it to the various formats the internal screen clock has, youn can also move it around on the touch screen. It's possible you moved it behind other widgets, but more likely you managed to turn it off entirely. Open your shortcut menu, that's the little arrow on the right side of your touch screen, and look for the clock widget. You want the Clock one, not the Alarm Clock. If it is not in your short cuts, press add and look for it on the list. When you've got it, select it, choose the format you want, then hit the close button on the top right of the screen. Your clock should be back!

    I also lost my clock and I tried that and it still didnt work...any other suggestions?

    Are you sure you dragged the clock widget onto the external screen, not the "alarm clock"?
